Simple answers for an evergreen event.
When is the BuildWithHQ Virtual Conference?
There is no event date. The conference is designed as an always-available virtual experience.
Is the conference live?
No live attendance is required. Sessions are organized as an event experience but delivered on demand.
Who are the speakers?
The site intentionally does not rely on a speaker roster. Sessions are organized around the ideas, products, builds, and architecture being demonstrated.
Do I need an account?
No. Visitors can browse everything freely, and My Conference stores saved sessions in their own browser.
How are sessions added?
Add a row to data/sessions.csv. The session library and session detail template read directly from that CSV.
Can videos be added later?
Yes. The CSV includes a video_url field. The starter site currently displays a placeholder player until you populate it and connect the player logic.
